In this passage we continue to explore what Jesus began speaking about in the previous text, how the gospelized relate to or live in this world. Though we have real physical needs, Jesus calls us to trust in our Heavenly Father who loves us, knows our needs and will meet them. We ought not to let concern about these things monopolize our hearts but rather seek first His kingdom and righteousness, pouring out our lives for Him without worry about lesser things.
