In this message we turn our attention to issues of gender dysphoria and transgenderism. Though we do not encounter these terms in the Bible, the scriptures do have something important to say as we consider this complex topic. We all experience sexual brokenness and for some, this is an experience of painful incongruence between their body and their sense of who they are. But the answer to this brokenness will only be found through surrender to Jesus. The good news is that, through repentance and faith, we are made new — new creations in Christ — and find our true identity in him.There is great hope in Jesus for every person who is sexually broken and there is a great need for the church to live as a gracious, redemptive people in this historic moment.
