Revelation 7:1-17
"Held Safe and Secure"

The first part of the sermon is not available due to technical issues.

In this chapter we come to an interlude in the midst of the breaking of the seven seals, an interlude that serves to answer the question asked at the end of chapter 6.  What we see from two different angles, is that the people of God are held safe and secure in the arms of God.  Of course, that does not mean that Christians will avoid suffering in this world — quite the opposite.  But regardless of what believers do face, they can face each day confident that they are God’s and that one day God will wipe away every tear.
