1 Corinthians 10:23-11:1

There are two different and opposite ways of getting things wrong, and then there is the way of Christ. On the one hand, we are free in Christ. On the other hand, our freedom is not absolute. What that means is that our freedom is governed by two things; love for others and the glory of God. The Corinthians were acting in unloving ways and ways that failed to bring God glory, all in the name of their freedom. Paul confronts both them and us, calling us to fix our eyes on Jesus and to let love for others and the glory of God dictate our exercise of freedom.
