Here we come to a pair of short parables that are similar and yet making slightly different though related points about the kingdom of God. Christ helps us see that God is indeed at work, even when it might not be terribly obvious. His kingdom is breaking into this world and will prove unstoppable. Thus, all who have submitted their lives to King Jesus can live with unshakeable courage, confidence and hope.
